Hallo,

Ich spreche deutsch nicht.
I am a player from french Gronenland version.
V2 version arrived on 25/10/2011.
We asked for a free reset evolutions points like you had on Gronenland with your V2. We never had this free reset allowed. The reason for this negative answer is quoted below :

All right, so our Admin was waiting from an answer from Gronenland Support as it seems and as it is normal to Looki.de to Looki.fr.

To make simple, we never had free reset, we never had a new Wiki, we never have the weight formule by an official way, we never had bugs correction since the V2 (or only little bugs correction, but the mains bugs stay), we never had (on Looki.fr) the Justies utility (no Lotterie and no use for them).
The more important is that there are bug cheating (reported to the support but they do not do something to correct them), bug cheating on building and this since the beginning of Berserker.
We are playing on a great bugged V2, I say it without exageration, and a V2 without sense. We never had for example the Events in Bjergøy, and the only item which is winnable is useless, Korrigann's flute never worked !

So, to make simple, when it is gonna to change for us. I asked to you because as I read from the Admin of Berserker's game you are involved.

Was ich hier für mich rauslesen konnte ist- das es euch in Frankreich mit dem Spiel noch schlechter geht als uns, bei euch existiert wohl sogar noch der Ausbaubug. Die Knochenflöte funktioniert nicht, die Skillpunkte wurden nicht kostenlos zurückgesetzt usw.. Keine Events in Bjergoy
Da kann man nur mit dem Kopf schütteln

Salut Thorfin,

I think you wont get an usefull answer from our support. They either have no idea, what they are doing. So be happy with your frozen support and pray, that you will never get the Version from tomorrow.


ich denke, das du keine sinnvolle Antwort von unserem Support bekommst. Der hat ebenfalls keine Ahnung was er macht. Sie mit deienm eingefrorenen Support glücklich und bete, dass du die Version von Morgen nicht bekommst.

Das haben wir uns auch gewünscht. Bekommen haben wir den Mist von Morgen.

Leider haben wir auf die Aktionen vom franz. Support keinerlei Einfluss, d.h. jeder Server hat sein eigenes Team. Dieses Team entscheidet für den Server, welche Events und welche Änderungen in das Spiel eingebaut werden und welche nicht. Wir können den Kollegen höchstens eine Information geben, jedoch können wir ihnen nicht vorschreiben, was sie ins Spiel einzubauen haben.

Bezüglich der Updates, in diesem Fall ist Deutschland immer der Vorreiter was die Updates angeht, erst danach kommen die anderen Länder, d.h. im Klartext, mögliche Fehler bzw. Neuerungen werden immer später als im deutschen Server eintreffen. Daher kann es durchaus sein, dass in Deutschland kein Fehler mehr existiert, allerdings aber noch in anderen Ländern.

I regret to inform you, that we have no influence on the support for the French server – i.e.: Every server has it’s own team. This team decides for each individual server, which events and changes are implemented into the game, and which not. Because of this we are only able to give the colleagues information, but cannot dictate them which changes to implement into the game on their server.

Concerning updates: In this issue the German server has always been the primary server; after this server, the servers of the other countries follow. This means, that fixes for possible errors or updates are always a bit later on foreign servers than on the German ones. This means, that there some error may already be fixed here, but can still be found elsewhere.

Thank you for your answer. Even that means that it is Berserker's Support France who is completly responsable of the game following and bug fixing. These are not good news because they had been already informed with the several problems and they don't do the necessary.

Yes I know that the France servor is going after Gronenland updates.

I hope you understand the incomprehensions and incoherence of the situation because we have been announced, promised for a new Wiki and there is not, quests and events in Bjergøy and we have not, and bugs (and cheat) without solutions.

Ok, thanks to have contacting France Support about all of this, I think it is important for the Looki reputation.

I hope you will get sucess with your 07/02 version even I think there are more things to do to give interest for new players and the game but I am not a Gronenland player so I may have lack of argumentation for all of this.

Genau, da muss ich dir Recht geben. Zum Beispiel der Bug mit den feststehenden Informationen zur Arena, wurde schon Monaten nach dem er bekannt wurde behoben.

Oder der Ausbaubug, der Jahrelang BEKANNT und AKTIV war. Ist der überhaupt behoben?
